Well, we are 32.1 weeks today and doing well. We had our doctor appt today and everything seems to be right on track. We are measuring right at 32 weeks which is wonderful (I am paranoid about having a huge baby so I keep praying we continue to measure right on). I still spend lots of time on my hands and knees to convince Claire she needs to be head down. Her heartbeat was 145 today and sounds strong. I will continue to post a picture each week now as we grow fast. I hope I can make it through with these hot days coming up!

Hide and Seek Gone Horribly Wrong
During a routine game of hide and seek we had something go terribly wrong. It was Sheila's turn to be "it" so Presley and I hid in the best spots we could find. Sheila found me immediately because I tried to hide on the couch watching hockey playoffs. I should have known that would be the first place she would look. Presley became more creative in her desire to not be "it" for the next round. Luckily we were able to capture the events that followed.

We are 31 weeks now!
Well, we are now 31 weeks and going strong. Claire is moving so much and sometimes we can even see an extremity poking out! We think she is practicing to be a gymnist...thankfully she decides to practice mostly during the evening and not too much overnight! I have been taking it easy on my days off to make sure I don't go into pre-term labor. Jeff has been busy in his spare time giving me neck and back rubs and making sure I keep a low profile on my days off. He is very protective and watches out for me very closely. As you can see in the photo, we are growing very quickly now. Some people still tell me I look small, but I don't think so! It is amazing how your body can stretch so much. We will keep the pictures coming each week so you can watch us grow and before we know it, Claire will be here...then the pictures will be very frequent!

Yesterday Jeff decided to work some magic. When we had our 3D ultrasound at 25 weeks, Claire was laying transverse and basically folded in half. Since then, I have been spending lots of my free time on my hands and knees and sitting Indian style. I am trying to convince Claire that she needs to change positions and work on getting her head down. Well, yesterday Jeff decided he wanted to try to do an "external version". He used his hands and very lightly pushed to get Claire to turn. Today I checked via ultrasound at work and guess what? Jeff's magic hands and "external version" worked! She was head down...at least for now. I plan to spend more of my free time on my hands and knees just to be sure she stays the way she is suppose to! Jeff is pretty proud that his medical technique worked so well!!!

Our growing family
Hi y'all,
Jeff and I wanted to start a site where we can post journal notes, pictures, and videos to keep you all updated on our growing family. We hope you enjoy viewing the pictures and feel free to add to our site any comments you have.

Jeff and I are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our new addition, Claire Nadine. We cannot wait to meet her and it is hard to believe we will be meeting her in only 9-10 more weeks. The pregnancy has gone so fast. We are feeling lots of movements now, especially in the evenings. It is fun to watch my belly move as she is changing positions. So far, we are measuring right on target and everything seems to be going well. Please keep us in your prayers for a healthy baby and an easy labor!
