Pool day!

We got Grandma and Grandpa in the pool today for the first time. Texas heat isn't so bad when you have a pool to jump into! It was so much fun watching Grandma, Grandpa, and Claire play together!

My little "Saloners"

 Claire had her friend Madison over the other day. We started with dress up...

 They had to change outfits a few times before getting it right!

 Dress up turned in to beauty salon. Claire kept saying they were "saloners". Madison got to do Claire's hair first...

 then they had to switch outfits so Claire could be the "saloner".

 Then I became the victim...

and ta-da...the final result!They were great saloners!

 Grandpa was able to join in "school" with his "friends"! It has been a rough

couple of days for Grandpa but thankfully he is starting to feel

better now. We sure have missed him at "school"!

 We have started to feed the fish in the pond. Claire has fun watching

them grab the crackers and bread.

 Grandpa was being creative during "school" by giving his "friends" hats to wear.

Daddy is helping Claire make a Mother's Day card. It was a folded piece of paper 

that had many, many pieces of tape on them and Claire's name. I wonder if she

plans to put anything inside the card...

Our past week

 Claire is so happy to have her Grandma and her "Snuggle Bunny" back! She definitely keeps Grandma busy when Grandpa is resting.

 On their way to feed the turtles at the pond. We have many turtles and found out that they we not hungry when we tried to feed them.

 Claire on an exploration! She had to put on her head light and use her binoculars that she made at school to find what she was looking for!

Claire loves to bake and her favorite part is mixing all of the ingredients together. Pretty soon she will be making brownies all by herself!
