Grandpa visits the "doctor"

Well, Grandpa got to visit yet another "doctor" this past week. We learned from this "doctor" that Grandpa is not doing very well and needs to go to the hospital! Hope you enjoy the video!

Always on the go

Since the Streich family has arrived, we haven't stopped moving! We have gone to Bluebell Ice Cream factory, ice skating at the Aerodrome, Chuck e Cheese to celebrate Ellie's birthday, Little Beakers to work on science experiments followed by frozen yogurt treats at Orange Leaf, a fun evening at Mountasia where we got to drive go carts and bumper boats and then play mini golf, and today we went to Traders Village to shop and go on rides. When we are actually at home, we have spent almost every moment in the pool. Needless to say, the kids and adults all go to bed very easily at night! I can't imagine how lonely the time will be when our company is gone. Time sure flies when we are having so much fun!

When Grandma babysits

Dad took Shannon, Jeff, and I to MD Anderson today so we could see the hospital and all of the areas he has been going to for treatment. We also got to see the radiation machine and how they position him for his daily sessions. This meant that the kids stayed home with Grandma. This is what we walked in on when we arrived home...

First Ice Skating Adventure

Texas summer isn't so bad...

 Claire and Daddy are showing off their big muscles! Good thing they eat lots of peas so their muscles keep growing!

 We had some friends over last night to go swimming. Claire had a blast and so did all of her friends. It was fun to watch them all play together in the pool.

 95 degree days don't seem so hot when you have the sprinkler to keep you cool while getting some good exercise on the trampoline!
