Making jewelry with Me-Maw and Paw-Paw!

 Claire always chooses a few "items" to bring with her when we visit Me-Maw and

Paw-Paw. Today she chose to bring her beads to make bracelets.

She started by measuring Me-Maw's wrist to get the correct size bracelet.

 Paw-Paw jumped right in and used the flashlight to help the ladies see their

beautiful work in progress.

 Claire made sure Paw-Paw was involved the entire time. Here she was having Paw-Paw

hold the string while she placed the beads.

Ta-da! The finished product! What beautiful ladies with beautiful bracelets to show off!

I think Me-Maw had just as much fun as Claire doing this activity!

Wrestling with Daddy!

 Claire was having a blast playing airplane with Daddy before bed!

 After playing airplane, it was time to wrestle a bit! It is always good

 to get all wound up before bedtime!

 Since the weather is starting to cool off (only in the low to mid 90's now) 

Claire decided it was time for a bike ride.

Happy birthday Daddy!

I started the day with the best part...licking the beaters after making Dad's birthday cake!

 After the cake was frosted, I very carefully decorated it with many, many, many different

kinds of sprinkles!

 Then I had to strategically place each candle...

 Ta-da! The final product! Good thing I practiced baking many other times with my Mom. 

This cake turned out perfect!

 Daddy asked for some help blowing out his candles when he got home

from work. Mom and I both think he liked his cake a lot!

Happy Birthday Daddy! You are the BEST Daddy in the world!

This is what I walked in on when I got home from work today. Super cute to see father-daughter bonding!

This is what I found Claire doing yesterday when I came downstairs! I am not looking forward to the

day when she is old enough to be wearing high heels! How fast we learn to treasure each moment because 

they go by way to quickly!
