Jellystone Campground with the Moore family
First day of 3rd grade- September 11, 2017 (posted just a tiny bit late!)
I figured I had better post some pictures of Claire's first day of 3rd grade, since I had forgotten to do that on September 11th when she was finally able to start school.
It is impossible to get a picture of these two being serious!
So mom has to be the serious one! Praying for an amazing year watching this little lady grow
in her love of the Lord and her love of school!

More pics from Swim Jitsu
Claire has a blast doing this water obstacle course with her friend Addison Vasquez. It has been so fun watching her friendships develop and grow through swim! We have a fish with a smile on our hands!

Swim Jitsu!
Claire got to participate in Swim Jitsu today! It is an obstacle course on the water. She had so much fun challenging herself on this course! Better pictures will be coming in the near future.
She said she liked the monkey bar section the most!
Claire and her swimming friend Addison Velasquez.
Claire and her two Addison friends!
What's a girl to do when you are given an extra week of summer?!
Claire was able to get lots of friend time in this week with her swimming buddy Addie Hicks.
Momma is not ready for this stage...the girls just had to have fake nails. Thankfully, they didn't stay on very long with swim practice and the desire for them was very short lived!
Claire was able to come to work with me due to no school and I had plenty for her to do! She liked to pretend she was talking to patients on the phone best! Maybe a future nurse in the making?!
When mom and Claire both have the day off, there is nothing better to do than get a flu shot! Claire was a trooper and got hers first and then held my hand so I wouldn't be scared for mine!
Nothing better than eating junk and then having a blue tongue to show for it!
A fun little indoor gym by our house. The girls had so much fun showing off their skills!
Balloon release in memory of Snugglebunny
On September 6th, our Snugglebunny would have turned 70 years old if he was still here. We figure since he can't be with us, we send him balloons up to Heaven. We have made it a tradition to write whatever is on our hearts onto the balloon and then we release them together. As much as we miss him here on Earth, we know he is in a much better place with no pain and no worries. It is hard to be sad when we know where he is and that we will see him again some day.
