What a busy day we had today. It started off with helping Daddy get ready for work. We had to make him hurry out the door because we had lots of work to do for his special day. Once we got Daddy on his way, we sat down to make our banner. Mommy let me paint my hands and feet all by myself.
Our banner once it was completed. We took it to Daddy at work to surprise him and then took him out to lunch. I think he really liked the banner because he got a big smile on his face and turned all red when we held it up for all to see! After lunch, we had to hurry home to bake his cake that I picked out- Funfetti with strawberry frosting and of course lots of sprinkles to go on top!
After all of that hard work, I needed a rest so I decided to head to the pool and relax in the floatie. It's a rough life!
After playing with Mommy in the pool for almost 2 hours, it was time to
decorate the cake. Mommy let me frost most of it all by myself, she
only had to help on the edges. Then I got to put on as many sprinkles as
I thought Daddy would like, which I knew would be a lot! I put on a lot but then ended up sampling almost half of them!
